Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice cabbage into 1-inch steaks, brush with oil, season, and roast 25–30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix beef, egg, almond flour, and spices. Shape into patties.
- Cook patties in skillet 4–5 minutes per side until done.
- Serve patties on top of roasted cabbage steaks.
