Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 –3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice cabbage into 1-inch steaks, brush with oil, season, and roast 25–30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef, egg, almond flour, and spices. Shape into patties.
  3. Cook patties in skillet 4–5 minutes per side until done.
  4. Serve patties on top of roasted cabbage steaks.
