Method
- Brown beef in a large pot; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté 3 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning, beef broth, and tomatoes. Mix well.
- Lower heat, add cream cheese; stir until melted.
- Add shredded cheddar and heavy cream; stir until smooth.
- Simmer 5–7 minutes; serve hot with garnishes.
