Optional: 1 tbsp Parmesan
Method
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss cauliflower with oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Sprinkle with Parmesan (optional) and serve warm.
