  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Parmesan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower with oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan (optional) and serve warm.
