Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and honey; whisk until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients separately.
- Fold dry into wet — do not overmix.
- Pour into muffin cups (¾ full).
- Bake 18–22 mins until golden and springy.
- Cool 5 mins, then transfer to rack.
