  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes.
