Method
- Combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Add oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls (about 18 total).
- Chill again for 30 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
