Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup no-sugar dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup powdered peanut butter + water
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tsp zero-calorie sweetener
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Spoon a teaspoon into muffin liners and freeze 10–15 minutes.
  3. Mix peanut butter, yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and salt.
  4. Add peanut butter mixture over hardened chocolate.
  5. Cover with remaining chocolate.
  6. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
