Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 ½ scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch salt cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, whisk in wet ingredients.
  3. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine.
  4. Pour into pan, bake 40 minutes, cool, slice, and enjoy!
