Ingredients
  

  • Lean ground beef – 1½ lb 680 g
  • Greek yogurt – ¾ cup
  • Reduced-fat shredded cheese – 1 cup
  • Low-carb or whole-wheat wraps – 4–6
  • Lettuce – 2 cups shredded
  • Pickles – ½ cup chopped
  • Onion – ¼ cup finely diced
  • Ketchup light – to taste
  • Mustard – to taste
  • Salt pepper, garlic powder – to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it up gently with a spatula as it cooks. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices, and continue cooking until the beef is fully browned and evenly cooked, then remove from heat.
  2. While the beef is cooking, add the Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, finely chopped pickles, and a small splash of pickle juice to a bowl. Stir well until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and evenly combined, then set it aside so the flavors can blend.
  3. Warm the wraps briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until they become soft and pliable. This step helps prevent tearing and makes the wraps much easier to roll neatly.
  4. Lay each wrap flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the prepared sauce across the center, leaving a small border around the edges for easy folding.
  5. Add a generous portion of the cooked beef on top of the sauce, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and finish with lettuce and diced onion for freshness and crunch.
  6. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, keeping the filling secure inside. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap tightly and store for convenient meal prep.
