Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats crust
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup erythritol
  • ½ cup blueberries

Method
 

  1. Bake crust for 10 mins at 325°F.
  2. Blend filling ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour over crust, bake 40–45 mins.
