Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Vanilla salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease mini muffin tin.
  2. Blend all ingredients except blueberries.
  3. Fold in blueberries and pour into tin.
  4. Bake 18–20 min. Cool & enjoy!
