Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Cinnamon vanilla, sweetener

Method
 

  1. Cook oats with almond milk for 4–5 mins.
  2. Stir in egg white, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener.
  3. Remove from heat and add yogurt + protein powder.
  4. Fold in blueberries, serve, and top as desired.
