Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ cup cheddar
  • Salt pepper, paprika

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add broccoli and broth; simmer 10–12 min.
  3. Blend smooth; return to pot.
