  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cottage cheese blended
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp instant coffee optional
  • Pinch of salt
Chocolate Dust:
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener

Method
 

  1. Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy, making sure no lumps remain.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whey protein, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, instant coffee, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the blended cottage cheese into the bowl and fold everything together until the mixture becomes thick, silky, and uniform in color.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust as needed — add more yogurt if it’s too thick, more whey protein if it’s too thin, or a little extra sweetener if you want it sweeter.
  5. Cover the bowl or divide into jars, then chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to help the flavors deepen and the texture thicken.
  6. Before serving, sift a little cocoa powder mixed with sweetener on top to create a smooth chocolate-dust finish.
