Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese blended
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup sweetener
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, milk, vanilla, and nut butter until smooth.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Combine both mixtures until you get a thick batter.
  5. Pour into a lined 8x8 pan and bake 22–25 mins.
  6. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
