Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup light cream cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: berries almonds, or dark chocolate

Method
 

  1. Blend yogurt, cream cheese, protein, milk, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spoon into glasses and refrigerate 1–2 hours.
  3. Top with berries or nuts.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
