Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • ½ cup cheddar
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • Spices: Italian seasoning paprika, salt, pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
  3. Mix yogurt, cottage cheese, and half the cheese.
  4. Add tomatoes and pasta to beef. Combine with cheese mixture.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Rest, serve, and enjoy!
