Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. Mix almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and warm water, mix until dough forms. Rest 5 minutes.
  3. Divide into 6 balls, roll between parchment into thin circles.
  4. Heat skillet, cook each tortilla 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Cool slightly and serve.
