Ingredients
  

  • 12 cheese cubes mozzarella or cheddar
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup crushed pork rinds
  • ¼ cup parmesan grated
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying / spray for air fryer

Method
 

  1. Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Mix almond flour, pork rinds, parmesan, and spices in one bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in a second bowl.
  4. Dip cheese cubes in coating → egg → coating again (double breading).
  5. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden (1–2 min) OR air fry at 375°F for 6–8 min.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauce.
