- In another bowl, whisk eggs, cream cheese, and butter until smooth.
- Combine dry and wet mixtures, stirring gently.
- Fold in shredded cheese.
- Scoop dough into biscuit-sized portions on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
