Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, cream cheese, and butter until smooth.
  4. Combine dry and wet mixtures, stirring gently.
  5. Fold in shredded cheese.
  6. Scoop dough into biscuit-sized portions on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
