Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups broccoli finely chopped (steamed or blanched)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Shape mixture into small balls or patties. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly dip.
