Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup browned butter
  • 3/4 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease and line 9-inch pan.
  2. Toast 1/2 cup pecans; set aside.
  3. Brown butter until golden.
  4. Whisk butter, eggs, sweetener, vanilla.
  5. Mix almond flour, baking powder, salt.
  6. Fold dry into wet; add half pecans.
  7. Pour into pan; top with remaining pecans.
  8. Bake 30–35 min; toothpick clean.
  9. Cool 10 min, transfer to wire rack.
