Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup low-carb sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, butter, and sweetener; press into pie dish. Bake 10–12 min. Cool.
  3. Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetener, eggs, vanilla, and cream. Mix well.
  4. Pour filling into crust. Bake 35–40 min, until center is mostly set.
  5. Cool, then refrigerate 2+ hours before serving.
