- Mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and spices separately.
- Fold cauliflower into wet mixture, then add dry ingredients.
- Preheat waffle iron and grease lightly.
- Spoon 1/3 cup batter per waffle; cook 4–6 min until golden.
- Serve hot with preferred toppings.
