Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Garlic powder & Italian seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella & cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Add eggs and melted cheese to dry mixture. Stir until dough forms.
  5. Flatten dough onto baking sheet (½ inch thick).
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
