  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 8 low-carb tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pickles
  • ¼ cup sugar-free ketchup or burger sauce
  • Lettuce & tomato optional toppings

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef with onions until browned; season with salt and pepper.
