  • 1 ½ cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 2 –3 tbsp keto sweetener to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut optional
  • Chia seeds optional, for thickening
  • Toppings: berries toasted coconut, or nuts

Method
