Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut, nuts, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sweetener. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake 12–14 minutes until golden.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
