Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
- Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, bake 10–12 minutes.
- Whisk filling ingredients until smooth, pour over crust.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until set.
- Cool fully, then refrigerate 2 hours before slicing into 12 squares.
