Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer ham, onion, and half the cheese in the dish. Pour egg mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese.
