Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium jicama
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Peel and cut jicama into fries.
  2. (Optional) Boil in salted water for 10–12 minutes, drain.
  3. Toss with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes (flip halfway) OR air fry at 375°F for 18–20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
