Method
- Peel and cut jicama into fries.
- (Optional) Boil in salted water for 10–12 minutes, drain.
- Toss with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes (flip halfway) OR air fry at 375°F for 18–20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
