Method
- Combine almond flour, butter, and sweetener; press into dish. Chill.
- Whip cream cheese with sweetener, vanilla, and cream until smooth.
- Simmer blueberries with sweetener for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Spread filling over crust, swirl in blueberry topping.
- Chill 4+ hours, slice, and serve.
