Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chopped olives
  • ½ cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and olive oil.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures into a thick batter.
  5. Fold in olives, bacon, and cheese gently.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 40–45 minutes.
