Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups mozzarella shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan grated
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown beef in skillet, drain fat, season with Italian herbs.
  3. In bowl, whisk eggs + cream.
  4. Layer beef in casserole dish, pour egg mixture over it.
  5. Spread pizza sauce, top with mushrooms, pepperoni, and cheese.
  6. Bake 25–30 mins until bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
