Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel in a bowl.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in egg and cheddar until combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
