Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel drained
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel in a bowl.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in egg and cheddar until combined.
  5. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
