Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Slice zucchini into half-moons and mushrooms into even slices.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in zucchini and mushrooms. Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly golden.
  5. Season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
