Method
- Pat shrimp dry, season lightly.
- Heat butter + oil, sear shrimp 1–2 min per side. Remove.
- Sauté garlic, deglaze with broth, add lemon.
- Cook cauliflower rice in another skillet until tender.
- Return shrimp to pan, toss in sauce.
- Serve over cauliflower rice with parsley and lemon.
