Method
- Cream butter + ½ cup sweetener until fluffy.
- Add vanilla, almond flour, and salt; mix until dough forms.
- Fold in nuts.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined sheet.
- Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 15–18 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes, then roll in remaining sweetener.
- Cool fully and roll once more for the snowy look.
