Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss strawberries with 2 tbsp sweetener.
  3. Blend cream cheese with 2 tbsp sweetener.
  4. Whisk eggs, butter, vanilla, sweetener, almond flour, baking powder.
  5. Layer strawberries, then cream cheese, then batter in dish.
