Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup sugar-free tomato sauce ½ cup beef broth
  • ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp onion powder
  • 4 –5 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Optional: avocado jalapeños, cilantro

Method
 

  1. Cook onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic, then beef. Brown fully, season with spices.
  2. In saucepan, simmer tomato sauce, broth, and seasonings for 5–7 mins.
  3. Fill tortillas with beef + cheese. Roll and place seam-side down in baking dish.
  4. Pour sauce over burritos, top with cheese, and bake at 375°F for 15–18 mins.
  5. Serve hot with sour cream, avocado, or cilantro.
