Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment.
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs until frothy, then add yogurt.
  4. Fold wet mixture into dry using a spatula. Batter will be thick.
  5. Spread into loaf pan, sprinkle seeds if desired.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and firm.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.
