Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in one bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs until frothy, then add yogurt.
- Fold wet mixture into dry using a spatula. Batter will be thick.
- Spread into loaf pan, sprinkle seeds if desired.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely before slicing.
