  • ½ cup chopped veggies
  • Salt pepper, garlic powder, paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Add veggies and cheese.
  4. Pour into dish or ramekins.
