  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low-sugar pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • 12 slices turkey pepperoni chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray muffin tin.
