- Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, honey, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and water.
- Heat oil in a pan; cook chicken 4–5 minutes. Remove.
- Stir-fry broccoli for 2–3 minutes.
- Return chicken, add sauce, and cook 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot with rice or veggies.
