Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked whole-wheat pasta
  • 1 cup reduced-sugar marinara
  • ½ cup fat-free ricotta
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 20 turkey pepperoni slices
  • Italian seasoning garlic powder to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente.
  3. Mix pasta, sauce, ricotta, half cheese, and seasoning.
  4. Layer in dish with pepperoni and remaining cheese.
  5. Bake 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
